CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM

Swim with us for two consecutive months to achieve Loyal Customer status. If you’re swimming with us now, and will do so in December, you’re already a Loyal Customer!

Loyal Customers will receive benefits that include:

“Loyalty Rates” at current levels (new customer and non-program member rates will increase in January).
Our loyal customers will receive benefits that include: significant discounts on birthday parties, discounted merchandise, free family swims, and access to special events!

You will remain in the program until a month of lessons is missed–readmission to the program requires another
two months of lessons.
