KIDS FIRST Swim Schools Continues to Evolve its Award-Winning Model

Long recognized as the leader in children’s swimming instruction, boasting 20 dedicated locations along the East Coast and a nationally recognized copyrighted curriculum (the “KIDS FIRST/Kick First Learn to Swim System”), KIDS FIRST Swim Schools has recently made a huge investment in state of the art” technology. Our iClassPro system will enhance communication with our customers, streamline registration/scheduling and billing, and eventually automate the evaluation process.

We will convert from our eight six-week session schedule (with a three-week Mini-Session) to a simpler monthly format. Lessons will still be conducted at the same convenient times, and you will enjoy the same flexibility to suit your busy and changing schedule. But, a monthly format is easier for all to understand.

Our last six-week session will be Session 7 which concludes on October 20th. Customers that will continue with lessons in November will be asked to pay for the one or two classes remaining in October until monthly billing commences for November.

We will convert to a monthly scheduling format on November 1. From that date forward, we will follow the 12-month calendar.

Other changes will be rolled out over the next 90 days.

The first step in this process is already underway. Every customer has an iClassPro account—either you created it or our staff did it for you.

You may also download and access the iClassPro mobile app on your cell phone or tablet.

On the iClassPro website or mobile app you can explore the benefits of the new technology and see for yourself the progress we have made.

Note that these changes only pertain to the corporate-owned schools. Our eight franchisee-owned schools have already implemented iClassPro.

More details on our new processes will be released over the next several weeks, so be sure to check your iClassPro account or at your school for further information.
